If you have a complaint or need to tell the association about someting, put a letter in the mailbox at the corner of Madison Rd and Washington. Once a week the mailbox will be emptied and the issue will be discussed at the next board meeting.

Association/Property Manager:

The Association retains Sunstate Association Management Group (SMG) as property manager partially as the 24/7 intermediary between lot owners and Board members. SMG is the historical record focal point. SMG is a Board filter for lot owner concerns or comments or requesting exceptions or approval for Declaration related requirements that are submitted in writing, email or telephone. SMG coordinates urgent responses, if any, with the Board or the Board considers a response at monthly Board meetings.
