Directory Authorization
FL Statute currently allows publication of telephone numbers unless you specifically request that your telephone number not be published. Likewise the statute precludes publication of email addresses unless you specifically allow such publication. Please make sure that your contact information is up to date with our property manager, Sunstate Association Management Group, and that your preferences for how that information is used are specified.
Keep in mind that if you would like to get the most up to date information as quickly as possible that you should provide an email address and specifically allow the Association to use that email address to communicate with you. CLICK HERE for the Directory and Email Authorization Form, print and return the form to Sunstate Management Group to let us know what contact information you would like to appear in the directory for your property and whether or not we can use email to quickly communicate with you.
Call 811 Before You Dig!
Before you dig remember that there are utility easements in front of, along the side of and behind your property.
Always call Sunshine 811 before you dig. They notify utility companies where you are planning to dig. The utility sends a locator to mark the approximate location of underground lines, pipes and cables in your yard. The process takes two full business days – day 1 starts the day after you call.
Storm Drain Repairs
We have been contacted by several homeowners requesting correction of leaks in the storm drains that run across and under their properties. These leaks typically manifest themselves in small sinkholes in line with the storm drain grate. According to Sarasota County the individual homeowner is responsible for repairs. We still recommend that you contact the county call center at (941)861-5000 and request that they open a “Drainage Work Order” to determine if the county can address the problem as they have done some repairs in the development.
